A curious baby whitetail fawn hides behind it's mother in the tall green summer growth in Cades Cove. This fertile valley in the Smoky Mountains is home to an abundance of wildlife.

Hello.. thanks for visiting. My husband and I are self-taught wildlife and nature photographers. Living in Tennessee, we like to visit the Smoky Mountains as often as possible and photograph the wonderful wildlife and beautiful landscapes. We also like to drive our southern Tennessee back roads close to home and see what we can find. Our backyard bird feeders also provide many photo opportunities and hours of enjoyable bird watching. I also enjoy combining photos and textures to create photo art.
